If i get it correkt you are able to acces the GUI.
What protokoll ist not working / how do you tray to connet to the NAS. (SMB/ARP)
If SMB tray to right the following into the Windows console
Win + R CMD
net use * /delete
net use t: \\nasipaddress\sharename /user:admin password
