SSH in and do
This would delete all the TM sparsebundles. If you just need to delete one then you can specify the name of the sparsebundle.
Using SSH is the fastest method if you are familiar with it, but not everyone is comfortable with using SSH.
cd /c/.timemachine
rm -rf *.sparsebundle
