Can't Delete Time Machine Sparsebundle

The TMTemp approach didn't work either - I had the same effect. "Preparing to move...." dialog and it spun and spun
So, I did the SSH thing. Took me a bit to figure out all the commands, but after about an hour of chugging (after doing the rm -rf .sparsebundle command) it finally deleted. Phew.
