cant go faster than 12 MB/s
i copy alot of data over my network to my ready nas ultra 4 plus i cant get any faster than 12 MB /s (100 Mbit/s) >>> basically using 10% of gigabit LAN. is this normal should i be getting faste...
here is frontview.
this is the the modem i have where my ready nas is plugged into. says it has gigabit ports.

my netgear gs108na switch (also gigabit) is connected as well. then my client connected to the netgear as well.
