cant go faster than 12 MB/s
i copy alot of data over my network to my ready nas ultra 4 plus i cant get any faster than 12 MB /s (100 Mbit/s) >>> basically using 10% of gigabit LAN. is this normal should i be getting faste...

I'm not sure what scenario delivers 200 MB/s.

I am running jbod, and I get about 80 MB/s write and 95 MB/s read with NasTester. The disk is a WD60EFRX, snapshots and bitrot protection are turned off for the share, and AV is also off for the system. That's pretty similar to the RN300 series.
