Can't register product (product already registered online)

I'm trying to register the RND2110 in my account in order to use it in the Netgear ReadyCloud. But I get the message "Can't register product (product already registered online)". I still have a receipt for the purchase of the device. I need help registering the device.

    Did your RND2110 update to 6.x FW?

    if it is still 4.x FW, it doesn't support ReadyCLOUD?

    and if want to use ReadyCLOUD, don't need to register NAS, you can turn on ReadyCLOUD using your email account (Not register email account) directly.

      It can't run 6.x - a v1 runs 4.1.x firmware, a v2 runs 5.3.x firmware.

       

      This means that your NAS can't connect to ReadyCloud.
