RAIDar is a client discovery tool you run on your PC/Mac.
If you will be disciplined with backing up your data and need/want the improvements in OS6 then go for it. If OS4 is working fine for you and you don't need stuff from the new OS then stick with that.
Remember if you have issues with OS6 on an OS4 device you could seek help here but if help can't be provided then you would need to do a factory default and restore your data from backup.
If you do try OS6 you can go back to OS4 but that would require another factory default. So whatever you choose you can change your mind later.
