Yes, I thought it may have had something to do with config backup. Anyway, it was a good thing. It made me test the water with OS6 and I'm really happy I did. It's like I have a brand new NAS. The GUI is so much nicer.
Quick question though (again), OS6 gives you JBOD which I had no idea about up until 12 hours ago. I created 2 JBOD volumes to keep inline with what you and StephenB were saying about having two RAID0 volumes... Now I'm thinking, JBOD being a different structure, is that needed?
If I made 1 5TB JBOD volume with a 2TB and 3TB drive is that still as vunerable as 1 RAID0 drive should 1 disk fail?
