Cloud backup

I'v tried this using the 3-day evaluation license, but couldnt get my ReadyNas Duo to connect through rsync with their server.
Does anybody know how to configure a backup-job using rsync on the readynas? It seems you have to enter a path, but whatever i try it always refuses to connect
