Communcation Error During Inital Setup

You have 90 day phone support, so you could use that.
Also, you could try changing the password using the web interface instead of the setup wizard (this assumes that when you log in again that the wizard doesn't run).
I am thinking you have a v2 product - perhaps you can confirm (http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how ... -or-nv-v2/).
