What NAS model, and what firmware is it running?
      Model:- ReadyNAS 428
      Firmware 6.10.7

Is this issue happening only with FTP?

Yes, its happening only with FTP appliance,

      1.   I can able to access using double slash like this - \\FTP-IP\FolderName

      2.   Through File-zilla its not accessible

      3. if i restart FTP appliance then started accessible through FileZilla for few hours and again connection closed  issue occurred .

      4. Out of 50TB storage 2TB free space available.

      4. Recent logs message: -

Sep 13, 2022 12:58:48 System: ReadyNASOS background service started.
Sep 13, 2022 12:58:46 Volume: Less than 5% of volume PHOTOG's capacity is free. PHOTOG's performance is degraded and you risk running out of usable space. To improve performance and stability, you must add capacity or make free space.
Sep 13, 2022 12:53:43 System: The system is rebooting.

Although 2 TB sounds like a lot, BTRFS often misbehaves when free space falls below 10%. Not sure if that is linked to your main problem, but you should take care of it.  If you use snapshots, then delete the oldest ones.  Then try running a balance from the volume settings wheel, and when that completes see how much free space you have.  I recommend repeating that until you have 15% (7-8 TB).

FWIW, I haven't seen this issue on my RN526 - though I normally only use FTP about once a week.

Method 1 is using SMB to access the NAS.  Good thing that works.

Have you tried downloading the full log zip file and looking in proftpd.log for errors?

You might also try switching to WinSCP and see if that gives you the same problem.
