Crashplan unable to connect
Hello there, I've moved house and ISP provider. Crashplan now fails to connecto to CrashPlan central. I can ping the internet from the NAS, the service seems up and no specific errors logged that...

Yes it has. I've updated my pc as well but no change.
I'll ask code42 thanks.
Probably unrelated but... When I powered the NAS back in the new home it went into boot mode, I rebooted and went into boot mode again. I couldn't even navigate through the menus - unless I was just doing it wrong. Rebooted again and it was fine.
Now all is fine BUT if I SSH into the unit it takes about 20s before it asks for the password. If I sFTP into it, it times out most of the time. When it eventually connect, it then works but when I transfer some files, it takes ages to begin, most of the time it times out.
Could this be somehow related?

Possibly. Have you checked for a full OS partition?
Also, it might be good to check the disk health - perhaps something got bumped during transport.

Disk health is fine. No errors reported by NAS. I can access my shares with no delay and no issues.
If I'm not mistaken the OS partition is not full, see below
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on /dev/md0 4.0G 1.9G 1.9G 51% / tmpfs 16K 0 16K 0% /USB /dev/c/c 3.7T 1.4T 2.3T 37% /c /c/guests 3.7T 1.4T 2.3T 37% /home/ftp/guests

The OS partition is ok. Though you could shift the crashplan cache to the data volume if you want to free up some OS space.
