Dead unit?
We have a 3138 that appears to have failed. When you apply power the fans start spinning and the drive lights always display the same even after replacing all drives: 1 both off 2 Power green /...
If you power it up diskless, will RAIDar detect it?
Im not sure its actually powering up. The only light that responds is the UI light. Power switch doesnt seem to do anything, and no lights turn on except the disk tray lights. No power, LAN, etc.
I'll try tomorrow anyway when I get to the office.
