defragmentation ends with error

Hallo,

what does it means if i try to start defragmentation and it comes up with a errormessage after a few seconds?

Error 14007010000

In protocol i see 'defrag goes wrong'. But with the HD-access and system performance i assume defrag is running. On system/volume it shows me no information about defrag.

What can be the reason for Error 14007010000?

How can i get information what system really does?

Smart-data of all HDs are okay, no errors.

    Tschüß,

We are going to need you to send in your logs for analysis. This could be caused by a few factors. Send us logs

The log data will have some more verbose data about what happened with that error. Can you give us a bit more detail on how you use the device?

Smart Data can be acquired by going to System>Volumes>Click the gear in the volume>Disks

    Alex
