I am waiting for a response from my.netgear.
I would try anyway groped a recovery, what can I use, what are the tools? and how should I connect directly via LAN?
RAID recovery software would run on a PC - some require a linux boot, some will work on Windows. You'd need to connect your disks to the PC, it cannot be done over the network. ReclaiMe is one package (though I haven't needed RAID recovery, so I am not in a position to make a recommendation).
Netgear has their own methods, so you'll need to wait for their response.
