I have only created iSCSI shares on 6.1.9, so I dont know if the problem was there on earlier versions.
I got hold of some spare disk's now so i can preform a factory reset after i have copied everything.
After i have done that i will try to create a iSCSI LUN and see if the problem is still there.
About the load cycle count. I can see et is very high. I found this article regardig WD disk's http://www.timoroso.com/journal/9
Are you familliar with a way to use “wdidle3” on the RN104?
