My main advice is to get NAS purposed drives in the future (WD Reds or Seagate VNs).
I'd exchange the new drive with the seller - if you return it to Seagate they'll replace it with a recertified drive, not a new one. If you can, get an st2000vn0001 or WD20EFRX instead.

In case this is useful:
Reallocated Sectors, Pending Sectors and Offline Uncorrectable are errors due to the drive itself, they're not caused by the chassis.
ATA Errors can be caused by either the drive itself or the chassis.
So if you have drive errors, as StephenB advised, you should contact the drive seller or manufacturer depending on your warranty.
Using NAS drives (WD Red, Seagate NAS HDD) would help, making sure they're in a good environment as well (not 80°C, chassis not on a vibrating area, don't move the chassis while powered on, etc.)

Hello kronblom,
Since this error is detected by the disk itself, try checking the disk with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.
Please also use the ones listed at HCL.

These errors are reported by the drive itself, and bugs in the NAS software can't create them.

Most retailers will exchange disks for a short time after purchase with no questions asked. If yours does that, then just get a new one - no reason to delay the return running diagnostics.
