Reallocated Sectors, Pending Sectors and Offline Uncorrectable are errors due to the drive itself, they're not caused by the chassis.
ATA Errors can be caused by either the drive itself or the chassis.
So if you have drive errors, as StephenB advised, you should contact the drive seller or manufacturer depending on your warranty.
Using NAS drives (WD Red, Seagate NAS HDD) would help, making sure they're in a good environment as well (not 80°C, chassis not on a vibrating area, don't move the chassis while powered on, etc.)
