Doesn't show up in my Network, can't map drive

Shows up under "Storage" but not under "Computer"
Can ping it fine
browser to IP works fine (http://192.168.1.237/admin)
Made sure SMB 1.0, both client and server, was installe...
Adding a few things:
Any "net view" command has the error: "System error 53 has occurred"..."The network path was not found"
The NAS and my PC are both set to networkd group "WORKGROUP"
NFS is also installed correctly in Windows 10
