The Ultra 2 does RAID differently to the Duo.
First you would want to check the health of the disks and state of the array and then if it looks O.K. proceed to start the array and see if you can mount the volume read-only.
You would need to use packages such as smartmontools, mdadm and lvm2.
Especially seeing this is your first time you may wish to clone the disks first. If you do something you shouldn't it is possible to seriously affect the chances of data recovery.
