Drive Tray Screws , Case # 20304575
Does anyone have a known source for the correct drive tray screws for the NV+ ??? Just acquired a used unit without drives or screws. No dice going to the hardware store. Based on others attempts...
Just want to say Thank You to siigna for taking care of my issue. He replied in about all of 2 minutes after I sent a PM. Made arrangements and I now have the illusive drive tray screws in my hands, soon to be installed in the NV+.
Hopefully NETGEAR upper management realizes how much the support team on these forums can influence future sales and the goodwill effort to supply a few screws would definitely influence the personal recommendation to go with NETGEAR or not for any major IT purchases by an individuals employer (the one with the Big bucks), let alone my own purchases.
