Drive Tray Screws , Case # 20304575
Does anyone have a known source for the correct drive tray screws for the NV+ ??? Just acquired a used unit without drives or screws. No dice going to the hardware store. Based on others attempts...
You should check with Support again, the agent you spoke to obviously wasn't well informed. They do have the screws available.
