Duo v1 do not boot with 2 drives
After working without any problems for years including upgrade from 2x500Mb to 2x1Tb to 2x2Tb discs I got problems. It started with that I lost contact with my Duo v1. After spending some hours troubleshooting during the holidays I have come to the conclution that my Duo can not boot with both discs attached. If I remove the disc in bay 2 it boots as expected. The same thing if I remove the disc in bay 1. But with discs in both bay 1 and 2 it never boots. I have tested with two different pairs of drives with the same result.
Has anyone else experience this and what was the soloution (if there were any...) ?
I have upgraded the firmware and performed factory reset several times.
Thanks.

Peak power use for the WD10EZRX is spec'd at 1.2 A. If you are meaning an older model, perhaps you can check the WDC support pages. - mdietricAspirantMy Problem is fixed. Readynas Duo v1 is now booting with 2 x 2 TB drives while using the new power adapter!
Thanks to StephenB!
My next step is now the replacement of the noisy chassis fan.
