Ah, I see. Darn, didn't realise that. Would you recommend I use X-Raid on the reset? I chose RAID1 thinking it's a standard format so if my NAS died for some reason it would be easier to get the data off the disks - but maybe this is incorrect thinking?
My Duo has RAIDiator 4.1.10 running. I always update it as soon as a new release is available.
Are there simple instructions somewhere on doing a factory reset?
Now to go run a loooong backup to an ext hard drive. lol
