I've had a look at the factory reset options at the page: http://www.readynas.com/?page_id=5029 ...but I'm left a little confused.
What's the correct method for a Duo v1? Is this simply it:
1) Press in the switch in the pin hole on the back and release.
2) then power on but hold down power button until the led flashes twice at the 30 second mark and let go.
3) now sit and wait?
Btw, is it the blue power button that flashes or the hdd led's? Just want to check this as my finger will be cover the power blue led in the button! lol
Thanks again for helping a total newb!
