The Speed/Duplex is what i'm curious about, is my Nas just too old for Gbit?

- sendjesAspirantRegarding lack of info, sorry, but i'm fairly new at Nas'in.
Speeds been tested via FTP.
Speeds been tested using drag n' drop.
The above has been done from Nas to PC, and from PC to Nas, and the speeds I get is those I mentioned earlier.
My Router is an Netgear Rangemax WNR3500L. - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredAre you able to try a different protocol e.g. CIFS and see what numbers you get.
Are you using Jumbo Frames? - sendjesAspirantI'm gonna sound like a total noob now, but CIFS, how do I use that, adn what is it? and yes, i'm the greenhorn at this.
Jumbo Frames is not enable, and I don't have knowledge of what it is besides what it say under the description.
ps. bare with me please. - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredAre you using Windows/Mac/Linux?
If using Windows go to e.g. \\ip.address.of.nas - sendjesAspirantOhh, another missing info from me, I'm on Windows 7 64bit, and when I go to the Nas like that, I copy a file, and paste into a location on Windows, and get the same speeds as mentioned earlier, or did you mean something else?
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredYour screenshot seems to suggest that there is one disk installed.
Can you post a screenshot of Volumes > Volume Settings in Frontview? - sendjesAspirantThis was taken earlier before I changed disks:

which also had the "slow" speeds as mentioned earlier. - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredAn old screenshot like that is useless.
What firmware did you last do a factory reset on? - sendjesAspirantSame as the one in the first screenshot, nothing has changed, 4.1.10.
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredCan you post an up to date screenshot of the Volumes page?
