Duo v1 with corrupt root after firmware "upgrade"
I rebooted my Duo v1 via Frontview to upgrade to firmware v4.1.13 Since the reboot, it doesnt work. I have all the lights on the front of the ReadyNAS flashing 3 fast flashes, followed by 3 slow one...
Were you ever able to resolve this issue? I am having the exact same problem. The drives can in or out, same blinking pattern. I can't bring up the boot menu via the reset button either.
