Duo v2 - Can't add second disc
Hi guys. Can someone help? I'm trying to add a second disc to my x-raid volume. This is the second time I've tried. The first was with my original in slot 1. That failed, so I tried turning the NAS...
smartctl can not open the disk, could you use WD tool (Western Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics - DLGDIAG for Windows
) in Whindows to write zeros? then do quick test using the tool, if it is OK, hot insert to Duo v2.
You had better not use WD Green disk do RAID, because WD officially doesn't support RAID user cases in more than 2-bay device for WD Green disk.
