Duo V2 ReadyDLNA - New Problem
I've got ReadyDLNA working on my new DUO V2, sort of... I created 4 Music sub-folders and copied over 3,200 files. I able to play these in Windows 7 and my DLNA players ( Samsung BD-C5500 & Xbox 360...

ReadyDLNA on the Duo v2 automatically scans your shares for media as file updates are made - there is unfortunately no manual scan option. If for some reason changes are not detected then you end up in the position you are in.
Therefore you have to force an update to happen by either 1) disabling and re-enabling the service on the share (ReadyDLNA will rescan on startup/reconfiguration) or 2) force a file system update by making some form of change to the data such as moving the files, as you did.
I can't say for sure why the auto-update has failed, but I very much doubt the root cause is simply the use of Windows 7 Explorer to create the folders.
