Where do you want to run SABnzbd? If also on Duo you might run into problems with performance while downloading/extracting/repairing and streaming at the same time.
I had Rasberry PI for couple months to test performance running http://xbian.org/. Sadly even with Hardware Licences streaming of 1080P from ReadyNas Pro was problematic.
720 was working better thou processor was almost whole time at max. It was still XBMC 11 so maybe now performance is better I don't know.
If I would be choosing nas now I would go with ReadyNas for sure but something more powerful and definitely with more then 2 slots.
To summarize Duo will have no problems serving the stream(s) but Raspberry might have problems with playback of 1080p.
