Error while deleting snapshots

Hi,

Im not able to delete the data\._share folders, also when try to remove the snapshots from the time line getting error message:

28004020002
Error in delete snapshot
Code: 28004020002

Firmware version: 6.2.4

Please help to remove the snapshots.
