Expanding a ReadyNas Ultra 2

Here is how:

1. Be sure to have a backup of all the data.
2. Power off your NAS. Pull-out the old 2x2TB disks.
3. Insert the new 2x3TB disks. Be sure its compatible with your ReadyNAS Ultra 2. Check the compatibility list of hard drives here: http://www.readynas.com/app/hcl_disk

5. Select Flex-RAID then choose RAID 0 on the initial setup since you want to maximize the storage capacity to 6TB.
6. After setting it up, restore back your data to your NAS.
