EXT3 vs EXT4

I have not upgraded to 4.2.22 yet since the only benefit for me would be support for EXT4. The other fixes don't apply to how I use the NAS currently and of course I don't want to take a chance on in...

Well there are some overheads. You may find EXT4 is quicker (not sure) but it wouldn't be that much
