Both should be pretty good. The 516/716x would be the logical upgrade path from the Pro 6, especially after the CPU upgrade.
The 316 is good model. It's not as fast as Pro 6 or the 516 though.
What do you use the NAS for? That will help determine if you need the extra processing power or not.
