Fails to Boot

Are you able to try another USB key? I will try this but I never see the Boot Menu, i.e. all four disk lights flashing at five second intervals.
Do you have a Mac (No) /Linux (I would have to convert a Windows machine) machine? Another ReadyNAS? Unfortunately, No
Netgear Support suggested:
Please remove the disks from the NAS, make sure to label them of which bay they are inserted, they should be inserted back to their respected bays later.
Once disks are removed, try accessing the NAS boot menu, select Telnet mode, if it's successfull insert the disks back in, make sure to insert them to thier respective bays.
If it does not work, let us know so we'll process replacement for the chassis.
