It must be another Sparc ReadyNAS such as the Nv+ (v1). Migration instructions are in the FAQ.
If you have a spare disk (must not be from your array) insert that in the replacement NAS, update the firmware, verify the update was successful, then power down, remove the spare disk and then migrate your disks across as per the FAQ.
