File Shortcut with Group Policy
Last week I updated the Nas to 6.9.3 and all the shortcuts that were put in place on a users desktop by Windows Group Policy disappeared and won't come back. If I point it to another drive the shortcuts appear fine after appplying group policy but dissappear again when pointed towards any folder on the NAS. I'm not sure how or why this started happening after the update.

Last week was also Microsoft's patch Tuesday. Is it possible that your issue is actually caused by a windows update?
We are on an update delay so that updates can be reviewed for compatibitly and no updates where installed last week for Windows. I just double checked the server and pc and no updates where installed.
I do have desktop shortcuts to a NAS running 6.9.3, but they were created manually. Have you tried that?
