firmware update - error connecting message - ReadyNAS Duo RND2150 running v4.1.16

Hi,

Can anyone tell me please if this is the end of the line wrt firmware updates for the above NAS, or if I should be looking for a set up/IP error in the router?

ISP recently updated the router and now NAS can't connect to update server. Coincidence or cause?

All else seems fine.
