Windows asks if I should format it. When I say "no" the disk doesn't show in disk management -- in fact disk management doesn't finish loading, so I'm guessing it's totally dead. I believe that when I plug the other drives into a windows PC I get a linux partition, a swap partition and an unknown large partition.
