Future Support of NV+ Platforms
Hi, I own an NV+ purchased in June 2008. I understand this is now considered end of life and is out of warranty support. However, should I have software isues in the future such as stuck on boot...
I believe after that a case would still be opened but the telephone support route has a $299 fee attached to it. At this point, you can buy a new NAS NV+ for roughly $300 USD, so it's kind of a "six of one, half a dozen of the other" scenario.
