Getting 6.5 MB/s transfers on a 1 GB full duplex connection?
Using Win 7.1, gigabit Ethernet connected to gigabit switch GS108, to a Duo (Sparc) using the latest firmware. The LED's on the switch is showing gigabit speeds. Frontview is showing the interface on...

Journaling is disabled
Fast CIFS writes is enabled
Fast USB disk writes is enabled
Gigabit full duplex connection
Speed Duplex Mode: Auto negotiation (greyed out)
MTU: 7936 (greyed out)
Jumbo frames: enabled
Error Count: 0's all around
Disk on the PC showing no SMART errors. I have temporarily dismounted and disconnected the USB drive attached to the Duo (for backing up the Duo).
I have reviewed http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12242 and seem to be doing all the right things ..
