Getting 6.5 MB/s transfers on a 1 GB full duplex connection?
Using Win 7.1, gigabit Ethernet connected to gigabit switch GS108, to a Duo (Sparc) using the latest firmware. The LED's on the switch is showing gigabit speeds. Frontview is showing the interface on...
I also find it's better to setup FTP on the readynas units and use FTP to transfer files to and from the box. Windows network sometimes lags things out very badly for no apparent reason. I always see consistent speeds using FTP.
