Hi there StephenB ! I'll take you up on that offer! 🙂 I saw what you did for Markuzz on https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS-in-Business/Volume-lost-on-ReadyNas-104/m-p/2319639#M199812, and I was going to ask you if that might be an option for me.
I do have SSH enabled and I can use root. So even if I can get the volume up in read only mode, I should be able to move that shares data off to another device (probably my RN204) and then rebuild my 316 NAS.

The simplest is to send a full log zip file. You'd need to put it into cloud storage (dropbox, etc), and PM me a download link. There is some privacy leakage, so be sure to send the link in a PM.

The two RAID groups (md127 for data, md126 for the EDA) are both assembled, so the RAID is not out of sync. Smart status for the disks look healthy.
The issue likely is with btrfs. Unfortunately plex has flooded the logs, so I can't see what happened at boot.
If ssh is enabled, you could try manually mounting md127, and see what happens.
mount -o ro /dev/md127 /datamounts it as read-only
Take out the -o ro if you want to try read-write.

I'm away from home right now, but I'll try that once I get back home on Sunday. If it doesn't work, I'll shut down my Plex VM, reboot the RN316, and gather a fresh set of logs for you.
