Hi,
I believe, the problem is caused by bug in samba code. So, only windows client ( CIFS) experience the problem.
( should work fine for ftp/sftp/scp, I guess ).
It looks like a patch fixing this issue has been released in the samba version 3.5.13 at march 22nd.
I hope , it will not take a long time for Netgear to implement the changes.
