You could only migrate to another Duo/NV+ v1 unit. Newer models use a different CPU architecture, RAID format etc. so you can't migrate your disks across to those.
However your problem may/may not be with the NAS chassis. It is probably more likely an issue on the disks that you would need support to have a look at.
So you will have to decide how important the data you have not backed up is to you.
