Likely you have a full root partition.
The chunk-00xx files were left behind by plex, and should be deleted.
After that is done, try rebooting the NAS (I suggest read-only mode intially).

Hi again
I got in to the system with root. But I cant find my files I kind of remember that they should be in the /home directory but its vompletely empty. Then in my / dir I got alot of files called "chunk-00xx" which makes me a bit nervous. It feels like they are some kind of rescued files... Feels like the only option is to turn in the darn NAS to an expensive doctor. This is pretty much why I bought a NAS if a disk breaks it should be able to recover.

how do I boot in readonly mode? Never done that before. Do you mean that the mounted drives should be mounted in ready only?

It's described on pages 74-75 of the hardware manual.

Yes. That is a bit safer. There are potentially some other steps needed to get everything working properly, and it's better to prevent any writes from happening to the data volume at the moment.
Try accessing the web admin ui if it boots successfully, and make sure you can see your shares in the shares list.
