Help Request: NAS Hangs During Backup
I'm having an ongoing issue with a RN102 that hangs when backing up. Recovery requires powering down (i.e. turning it off) and restarting the NAS. I recently bought a new ReadyNAS102 (firmware: 6....
It's been almost a month since my support ticket was launched and it still hasn't been resolved.
I'm thinking I'll just return the unit. However I can't decide if I should buy the ReadyNAS 312 and hope the better CPU and additional RAM solve this problem or just go for a completely different brand.
Has anyone experienced this issue with a 312?
