Help with Services

Hi
I have been struggling for quite a while with my Duo, hope someone can help! The Duo is showing 0 MB (0%) of 0 MB used , but I can see my shares, with quite a lot of data on the disks . when however I check any services , standard file services (CIFS, NFS etc,) they do not remain checked.
Hope this makes sense to someone and there may be some light at the end of the tunnel

  • Right - reinstalled OS - can still access shared drives , but cant access frontview - well I can, username & password (netgear1) work - however no graphics, buttons etc, just squares in frontview - tried 3 different browsers without success.........
  • Since OS reinstall did not help and since you have a backup of all of your data, I suggest you to just factory reset your NAS then restore back the data in it.
  • Yip - thought that might be, cheers getting late will try tomorrow
