Hi. New to forum and need help with noisy discs on ready nas
Hi.
New to forum and have little technical knowledge. Have a readynas due v2 with 2 x wd red 2TB discs. They seem to be very noisy and are continuously active. They sound like a noisy PC booting up. All the time. I purchased this as friend had the same setup and was very quiet.
Netgear have replaced the system as the activity light was n solidly when manual states should be blinking. Problem still the same and above issue. Does this sound like faulty discs? Can access them although problems remotely.
