Alright. For you to be sure too, you may try testing the disk that you removed with a diagnostic tool.

89 bad sectors might pass seatools, but I agree the disk should be replaced.
BTW, one of the other disks is showing ~50 command timeouts, and a third has an ATA error.
Email alerts don't seem to be configured correctly (yahoo is rejecting your "from" address).
